Parent taps Approve
They open the email and tap Approve. Until then your account is on hold.

Approved = account live. You can sign in.
Use the email and password you signed up with.

Sign in and pick a battle. Each battle needs a quick parent OK, then the organizer approves you.
Each battle gets its own short email to your parent.
