Studio portals & minor consent
Dance studios and trainers can register students in bulk, and dancers under 16 who sign up on their own automatically trigger parent or guardian email consent.
Entry fees & payment tracking
Collect dancer entry fees per event or category, with online card payments where enabled, or bank-transfer / cash instructions shown to dancers, automatic unpaid expiry and reminders.
QR check-in
QR codes are generated automatically — scan them to check participants in, or let them self check-in. Nothing to print.
Co-organizers & door staff
Invite co-organizers and check-in staff by email with role-based access so door crew can scan QR codes and mark fees paid safely.
